Located on level 1 (Nessie), The Shack Burger and beer battered Alaska cod & chips hold down one corner of this kitchen. A Wall of Greens salad bar; truly authentic, regionally specific dishes; and an assemble your own noodle bowl station round out the offerings. Hot breakfasts are cooked to order and run the gammut from deconstructed french toast with creme anglais to a Denver omelette with hash browns. Bowls of fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurt, bagels and donuts make it possible to have a different type of breakfast every day of the week.
